The manager at this location is very rude!!! She is rude and so unprofessional to the customers and her employees. The other (female) employee is very nice and professional. I ask for her to attend me because she is very attentive and polite with all the customers. The franchise owner of this location should witness this manager’s unprofessionalism. They need a new manager that truly cares about customer service and it’s employees!!!
I have been a customer of this location for a while and it upsets me to announce this location should shut the doors for good. Please avoid at all cost. I Walked in on my lunch break i just wanted to buy some chips when I asked for a water I was given a 7 minute lecture about how much it costs the so called "owner" to buy plastics cups. Also how inconsiderate it was of me if wasn't going to buy a whole sandwich.
