Went in to buy the 6 inch of the day. The tuna on white bread. The bread was HARD like from a few days before. Definitely not FRESH!! I would bite into it and it would come apart. Then the gentleman in front of me asked for lid and the employee only brings one out instead of filling the empty lid container. I had to wait to get one too.. 🙄
Have never had a bad experience at this location. I alway suggest you order ahead as so you can pick up your food and not have to wait too long.
Slowest employees ever. A sloth moves faster than them.
called to tell me they didn’t have meatballs for sandwich, telling me to cancel the order myself knowing i can’t do that. came in store let them know i didn’t want it and lady on duty (10/16/25 @ 9:33pm) starting arguing asking “why don’t i want it,” i love subway but what a horrible experience.
