called to tell me they didn’t have meatballs for sandwich, telling me to cancel the order myself knowing i can’t do that. came in store let them know i didn’t want it and lady on duty (10/16/25 @ 9:33pm) starting arguing asking “why don’t i want it,” i love subway but what a horrible experience.
One of the worst unkept subways I’ve been to in Brownsville. Chairs out of place I had to walk around them to get to the ordering counter, not one single table was clean to sit down and enjoy a quick meal. They didn’t have the bread I wanted, no big deal.
