What did I just experience?! I walk into subway- after my 14 hour day at work. I’m tired and I’m hungry. I want a quick bite before I go home. It’s half an hour before close. As soon as I open the door the young girl in the back yells loudly, “FUCK”. That should’ve been my red flag. Never had an issue with the employees or the food, all great, but they are not reliably open. Attached a photo of what their current hours are but the door will often be locked for at least an hour or more at random times during the day with the lights on & no staff to be seen. Maybe short staffing? Putting up a written sign “closed until -time-“ or “on break” maybe to put people at ease when it’s locked? See confused/frustrated customers, including myself, come and go often because of this.
This was my first visit to this location. They wasn't prepared for customer's at lunch time. The sandwich I wanted the meat wasn't ready. The fill manager was very apologetic and gave me a discount on my meal.
