Terrible customer service. The employee who served me was in a very bad mood—I’m not sure if they were male or female, but they showed absolutely no friendliness. When I asked if they were angry, they responded with even greater irritation. And when I told them I no longer wanted to place an order, they told me they didn't care. We've went here 3 times in the last 2 weeks at around 10pm and they never have bread at all. Why say your 24 hours if your not gonna have food to serve
Byron makes this place a worthy stop. I stopped by after my overnight shift to get a sandwich and he put so much care into making it and it turned out delicious. He was very personable as well, would be fun to just hang out and have a conversation! And Byron if you see this, I think I missed your question on my way out, I got a Dr. Pepper (best soda ever)
02/11/26 ≈8:30AM Thanks to Lilly, who did a great job with my tuna sub - it was super tasty and with fresh ingredients. I really appreciate that she washed her hands with soap and changed gloves before starting my order. I hope someone who works there reads this and gives her the recognition. Excellent service.
Service is really bad they told me it's shift changing time so we close for 15 min and I said ok and I wait 30 min and when I ask the lady was so rude and telling me you still have to wait 15 more minutes so I never seen that much time for shift changing.
