Did an online order for a footlong sandwich. Not sure how they completely messed up my order since it was on the receipt but they gave me a chicken, lettuce and mayo sandwich. I specifically asked for onions, bell peppers, subcrunch and pickles as well as Sriracha and chipotle sauce. Never again doing an online order since they obviously dont care about them. My fault for not checking it before I left though.

He was also great at informing customers if it will be a long wait. However the bigger gentleman that works with him needs to be properly RE TRAINED. I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Subway tonight was frustrating enough to warrant one. My daughter and her boyfriend chose Subway for dinner, so my wife and I decided to treat them. We arrived around 8:30 PM, just half an hour before closing, and it felt like we were a burden to the staff. First off, the two employees on duty seemed more focused on closing up than helping customers. Everything appeared to be put away already, which gave a very poor first impression. Spent like $30+ ordering online because I was under the impression they didn't close till 9. I got there at 8:10 and the doors were locked with no one inside. Now I gotta wait for my bank to return my money when I could've just took my business somewhere else.
