I have placed an order through subway app. Once I go pick up my order Mary asked me what's the name of the order. I told my name and she was rude and asked me show me your name on the app. I said what. Here is my order number and she been rude and told me its third party app (SUBWAY). I feel like why I have ordered here. They dont even deserve 1 star. Super rude. Dont recommend this place.
Bad customer service especially on a Sunday afternoon. The worker was very slow. When I was waiting and ordering, I literally saw several cockroaches on the floor and on the wall! They were roaming around on the floor. Very displeased.
The young lady that waited on me didn’t answer my question, she said she was out of cookies which was on the meal deal today because she was tired from yesterday and they had no ice tea at 12 noon on Saturday. Owner didn’t seem interested when I let him know. 😡
Customer service is the best. Friendly and welcoming 100%. Thank you for changing the way my day was going.
Not only was the girl stingy as hell she also made the sandwich wrong
