I've lived in this neighborhood for 19 years and the service has seldom been anywhere approaching fast, but this is a new low. I wish the owner would put on a second employee during the dinner hour. Divide an hour by 20, multiply by three and you'll see this employee's maximum performance is NINE sandwiches an hour.
