Made my online order wrong. It was a group order. Delivered the subs and found out they make the order wrong. They wanted me to bring back the whole order. I've taken food safety and know they should be taking food back over the counter after it's been given to the customer. Wasted half my lunch correcting it. Offered nothing for the inconvenience.
Bread was baked yesterday, stale and gross. We ate at noon. Veggies all prepped yesterday and were left uncovered overnight. Lettuce was browning. Staff was friendly but slow. Whoever closed didn’t do their job. Whoever opened didn’t do their job. I love Subway and have been to countless all over the US. This is literally the worst location I have ever been to.
Came in around 8pm to orders subs and the two guy were working hard on a to go order. They were multiple tasking on the order they were working on and our order. Very attentive and kind. The cashier made sure we had everything we wanted and was patient. Overall great experience. Low key kind of made me smile and made my day. Thanks
