This location NEVER accepts coupons in person or on the app. We even use coupons sent in the mail and they don’t accept them. Eat somewhere else.
They are super slow I wait 25 minutes for two customers to get in
The worst possible customer assistance I have ever witnessed and experienced.
Out of the 2 Subway locations in Bryan I prefer this location. The service is always friendly and good, the staff may be in the back but they do look out front if not if you just call to the back for someone they do come right out. This of course is a staffing issue not caused by the employees. They are always kind and courteous. I am not sure what the issues with the Subway restaurants in this region but putting enough toppings on any sandwich you order is always an issue (ie, lettuce, tomato, etc...) it's like they must th... read more
