Place an order on the Subway mobile app using one of the promo codes that was available. I received a phone call from the Subway location as I was leaving to pick it up and was told my order had been canceled. When I inquired as to why, I was told that they "barely break even" on the special so they won't honor it. I hope Subway Corporate has something to say about this practice.
Absolutely robbed. My husband came home with two very skinny foot-longs and explained this location’s new policy: only three toppings included with your meat and cheese. After that, you pay extra per topping. No more “give me the works” for the same price. We had to go home, add our own olives, greens, and even Chipotle sauce—despite asking for it at the store. Charged full price anyway. I have NEVER felt so ripped off by a Subway. We will NEVER go back
I have heard that the owner of this subway was awful and I got my confirmation today. I eat at this subway often and today I had a perk for a free 12 inch sub. I placed the order online, which was canceled and when I came to redeem my sub, I was told the owner doesn’t do free subs. Congrats, you lost a customer for good. I hope the free sub was worth this review.
Where to start. I ordered in the app and used the buy 1 get 1 for $1 promo. When I arrived the lady, who I assume is the franchisee based on my interaction, told me that they do not participate in that promotion so next time they would cancel my order.
