So this is the second time I’ve tried this subway. I tried to use the coupon in the app. You should be able to use the coupon in store instead of ordering online. You need to be able to see the items. So the first time I could use the coupon m, this time it was a big debate. The subway closest to me is a joke because the last time I went in, they were out of 90% of thr menu and you couldn’t order online. I would go again but who needs to have an arguement over what coupon you can use and how

Rude staff - rushing me to place an order, we’re out of several key sandwich ingredients, allowed another customer to cut in front of me, place about 3 onions on my sandwich and didn’t want to add more. Haven’t been to subway in years and won’t be going back. Just terrible
