POOR MANAGEMENT and Unacceptable Wait Time I placed my order at 2:44 p.m., and it was not ready until 3:22 p.m.—nearly 40 minutes later. There was only one employee working, and she was responsible for making the sandwiches, checking out customers, and bringing out orders. The steak egg and cheese wrap is delicious but the person who took my order was just so angry at me for no reason, like what did I do?!
This is why I never get subway anymore. Ordered online, showed up on time and wasn't ready. No big deal but what is, is that I waited and my order still wasn't right. Asked for it to be toasted, it wasn't. Paid extra for 50% meat and bacon and got neither. Was really looking forward to this but I'm disappointed every time I come to this subway.
