Customer service here is ridiculous, they try to talk to you crazy but what gets me is they want to limit what sandwiches you can get with the coupon as there are limits already on the coupon, Nvr going back
An absolutely ridiculous experience. I got a footlong with double pepperoni and salami, with some lettuce and tomatoes. Nothing extra. Tell me in what world a footlong costs $18. That shit should’ve cost no more than $12 MAX. What kind of bs is this.
I ordered the club sandwich. I made it a foot long. It should have had bologna, salami and ham. I got six pieces of very very thin slices of bologna. No ham or salami. I wanted spinach, bell peppers, black olives and banana peppers on my sandwich. I got six spinach leaves, four pieces of bell peppers, six pieces of black olives and four pieces of banana peppers. Dined in today and this location was wonderful. Store was clean and the employees were fast and friendly. I don't know what is wrong with the world today but almost every customer before and after us, save for a few, were incredibly rude and disrespectful. The workers all stayed friendly and respectful to each one of them regardless. I applaud their patience. Will be back!
