It is the same guy who works in the morning and at noon, and when you place your order 30 minutes in advance, it is often not ready. Recently, he has been canceling your order. First, it was for the 4th free sub promotion. Mind you, we have used this promotion before. When we asked about the cancellation, he at first said they had just begun not participating. Not participating in subway rewards after submitting through the app and arriving at the restaurant.
I placed an order on the app that was ready for me to pickup. The sandwiches were FIRE. Dressed to a T, per my order instructions. Fresh veggies, fresh meat & perfectly toasted. After my last experience at Jersey Mike’s (it gave us food poisoning), we’ll be frequenting Subway @ Schillinger & Cottage Hill from now on. Shout out to the Sandwich Artist there - I’ll get your name next time, properly, & revise my review. You rock. Thank you for a delicious dinner.
