I don’t usually go to this location I usually go to the one in Rancho Sahuarita But I had to do some shopping at Walmart and decided to go in there. It was a little after 12pm, There was two young ladies on shift: They had a couple of online orders and were very attentive to let me know that they would be right with me. September 12, 2026 1035 am. Had a miserable experience. For the first time in my life I have been asked to leave the business immediately. Here is the circumstance, I ordered a sandwich that contained pepperoni and salami . Due to medical reasons I cannot eat pepperoni so I asked them to hold the pepperoni and add extra salami. Her response was no. This is an up charge. I said it was stupid to charge me for a couple extra slices of salami when I was not getting the pepperoni that I was paying for. I came in to two employees working. Neither one acknowledged my presence. As a matter of fact, the one employee directly in front of me continued with sprinkling cheese on the bread dough then turned around and pulled out another tray to sprinkle then proceeded to put all the trays in the oven before looking at me and saying "What can I get for you". I almost walked out and I was on crutches!! A quick "I'll be with you shortly" goes a long way!! No customer service these days. Sad!! I won't go back to that location.
Spinach was looking old, lettuce turning dark, cucumbers old. Service was by a Man women was two of us we started out with ordering two sandwiches she thought that was the complete order we weren’t done ordering wanted to add another sandwich she copped and attitude cause we ordered a third sandwich because it takes up time she he had to walk to the beginning process table and there was no line and she’s acting like she’s he is in a rush and we’re the only one there in line so rude. The girl making my sandwich was doing okay at her job. I asked her to just heat up my bread and cheese in the microwave because subway toasters over toast the bread making it crunchy. Call me unAmerican but I don’t like bread when I cuts the roof of my mouth. The manager told the girl making my sub that she couldn’t use the microwave. Not sure why. But the reason is irrelevant unless it just doesn’t work. After it was said and done the manager came around the corner and mean mugged me for what ever reason. I don’t blame her.... read more
