I had a great experience at Subway after a long time. Stephanie was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. She informed you about the changes and was kind throughout my visit. Her clear communication about prices and options made my experience even better!! 10/10 would recommend!
Best customer service experience I have ever had at a subway! I had an amazing experience at this place despite how busy they were. The staff was handling a lot of online orders but I was really impressed with the customer service. Stephanie was especially helpful and sweet throughout my visit. She made sure I felt attended to and took the time to answer my questions. It was a great experience overall and I appreciate the hard work of the team even during peak times. Highly recommend this place!
If I was able to give zero stars, I would but in order to leave a review you have to at least put one. I literally just left this subway. The sign says they close at 10 it was 750 when I ordered two sandwiches and paid 35. When I sat down to eat, I had one of the employees come up to me and tell me the lobby was closed and I was not able to eat there because they had already cleaned the tables and they didn’t want to clean them again after. I went and purchased a protein bowl, I ask for extra sweet chili peppers and the store manager Rachel, told me no. I then told her I would pay whatever extra cost and Rachel still told me no. Rachel needs to learn how to go above and beyond for her customers. Saying novto customer who was willing to pay extra is straight bad customer service.
I witnessed while waiting to order, an oversized short lady almost bullying one of the tiny young (cashier )workers-workers. Come to find out the oversized lady is the manger & the younger lady is her daughter. Sick & disgusting to see someone treat their daughter like that in general, even worse at work.
