The girl making my sandwich was doing okay at her job. I asked her to just heat up my bread and cheese in the microwave because subway toasters over toast the bread making it crunchy. Call me unAmerican but I don’t like bread when I cuts the roof of my mouth. The manager told the girl making my sub that she couldn’t use the microwave. Not sure why. Lady today was in a bad mood, bad service
I recently went to Subway and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The manager, Rachel, was extremely rude from the moment I asked a simple question about the new menu items. Instead of explaining anything or helping me understand what was new, she repeatedly told me to “just look at the menu.” As a manager, you should know your products and be willing to help customers, especially when they’re asking politely. Terrible manager
I usually come to the subway a lot because it is what’s closest to me. However, every time I go, I do hope that the manager Rachel isn’t the one making my food. I came to the store about two days ago and there was a young lady by herself around 2 PM. It’s usually when I get my lunch. She was by herself handling online orders, and guests.
