I think denying water is not right, I bought my sandwich and asked for a glass to drink water and the girl told me that I had to buy a bottle because they don't give glasses to drink water from the dispenser, so then close that down, it's really hard to find people who are kind to customers and it's the first time this has happened to me in a restaurant because I don't drink soda.
May 17 at 10:14 couldn't even get a meatball sub.... employee seemed like he'd rather be anywhere but here. So we left without ordering anything.. I will not be going to this location anymore . I'd do some serious evaluation if I owned this franchise
I ordered the Philly steak online and paid for double meat. I usually won't order online because I like to see my food being made. When I received my order, the sandwich felt airy. I asked the young lady if she added the double meat. She said if the receipt says double, we added it. I got home and opened the sealed sandwich to find a dry, regular meat foot long.
