Do you guys ever get an order right or ever keep an employee? Extra sweet onion sauce does not mean a dry-ass sub with extra onions and no sauce. Every time I order from this location my sub is disgusting. We never want it toasted, last time they still toasted it and my wife's was hard as a rock. Filed a complaint and they never responded but marked it as complete.
*Saw a mouse run by, as an employee is birating a FRIENDLY customer* unbelievable, I've contacted subway, I'm honestly not sure which was worse.
Absolutely disgusted with my experience today. I ordered a sandwich and found not one, not two, but SIX long, dark hairs in it. As someone who's worked in the food industry, I understand that mistakes happen, but this was beyond unacceptable. To make matters worse, I tried calling the store multiple times to address the issue, but no one answered. Seriously disappointed and won't be returning. Very frustrating and threw my sandwich away.
I bought a $ 15.00 sub Tuesday and when I got home the bread was like a damb brick ! Wth !!! I will never ever ever never ever go to another subway ever again ! Subway us the worse kind of sandwich you could ever purchase ! They need to close all Subway's down for good ! AWEFUL! JUST AWEFUL!!!!
Employee really needs to learn how to wash her hands. And not by rubbing them together underwater without soap. Refuse to pay for the sandwich made by dirty hands
