Believe it or not this store does not allow you to use the bathroom or as they claim does not have a working bathroom. Their staff employees have to use the Aldi bathroom. I told them that this was not allowed. You can’t have a business that doesn’t have a working bathroom for staff. The woman said “oh yeah well whatever”. I’m leaving this review in hopes that management will take it seriously and make improvements. My experience at this Subway location was very disappointing. I ordered the tuna sandwich (meal of the day), and the bread was extremely hard and inedible. While the protein pockets was acceptable, the overall quality was not. The workers barely understand or know how to use a register. Had a subway gift card (that worked perfectly fine at another subway and had plenty of cash still inside) and when I went to use it at this location, it kept on reading as “Invalid”. The worker looked at me like I was crazy and said next time to “use your credit card”. If I have a working gift card with cash still inside and the subway register is having technical difficulties, that is a problem on Subway’s end.
Employees can’t speak English OR Spanish said my name multiple times when they asked for pickup and they still didn’t understand
