The gentleman that was helping me was very friendly and sympathetic to my gift card not working with their system. I verified the gift card had money on the account however, I’m guessing it was the supervisor who said yeah those birthday gift cards don’t hardly ever work. So this is apparently an ongoing issue with these gift cards and the store and order subway has not made appropriate accommodations to correct the issue. Meanwhile, I had to pay for it another way.
