The gentleman that was helping me was very friendly and sympathetic to my gift card not working with their system. I verified the gift card had money on the account however, I’m guessing it was the supervisor who said yeah those birthday gift cards don’t hardly ever work. So this is apparently an ongoing issue with these gift cards and the store and order subway has not made appropriate accommodations to correct the issue. Meanwhile, I had to pay for it another way. honestly really disappointing that they send out coupons in the mail, but when you go to use them this store only allows you to use them for turkey, ham, or veggie sandwiches despite the coupon saying you can use it on almost any(excludes wraps and 5 meat Italians). had to go lunchless today because i only had enough money for the coupon.
Great experience all around. Middle aged man working alone was friendly and made a good sandwich. Better than any other subway I’ve been to.
The two ladies gave me the best service and was so nice and sweet 🥰made me feel like I was talking to some friends 🥰great people and great service I will definitely be back🥰
Stale bread and charging $15 for a foot long Chicken Bacon Ranch. No wonder Jersey Mikes is eating Subway alive. Won’t be back food taste is gone and WAY overpriced
