This is the worst subway ever! I literally asked for an extra jalapeños and she told me they were limited to 8. I offered to pay extra and she said no I could not because there is no way to ring it up. Insane!
They always mess it up somehow. I do a mobile order to give them lots of time to deal with whatever they’re dealing with in the store and to get my order ready without rush. Still never fail they always forget to add something or do something that we requested. In our special instructions, I clearly ask for them to add a side of vinegar and they obviously don’t even look at it.
Genelee was extremely rude. If work makes her miserable then stay home. The other ladies are awesome, and that's why I wouldn't give it a 1 star.
Made an online order and went to pick up. When I was there at the appointed them the person at the register said that they are too busy. I got off the freeway to pick up the sandwich and couldn’t wait until they were not busy. She also couldn’t refund my money. So I left the store without a sandwich and without my money.
