Visited here around 1230 on Friday, came in to get my usual bmt on Italian herb n cheese bread,. But for some reason they were out of everything but wheat bread so I tried there protein pocket. It was not bad, the service wasn’t that great. The girl and guy behind the counter seemed like they were getting slammed so I understood the bread situation but the girl was just all over the place and shouldn’t work during the peak times if she can’t handle it.
Jason was courteous, quick, easy to order with. Food looks amazing! Can't wait to get home to eat.
I just left this Subway in Liverpool, and as usual appreciate how nice the staff is and how professional they are. We are there frequently and are always greeted and taken care of quickly, and they usually remember our typical order. We love their protein bowls, and appreciate all of their hard working staff, and will keep coming back!
I’ve been coming here on and off for years. As I was going to the one located in Walmart because it was very convenient but that one closed. However, this one became my new lunch spot. I asked about why I haven’t seen the manager lately and found out they are under new management. usually subway is my usual spot to go to for lunch since I work Close long story short, I came in with a coupon for a sub through my app younger lady at the front counter insisted that my coupon was not valid or did not apply. Did nothing to assist me to get the coupon to work proceeded to try and charge me full price, even though I presented the coupon directly to them on top of that customer service was really subpar.
