I almost called the store to ask them if they forgot about me in the drive thru. When the clerk appeared at the windiw he acknowledged that they did indeed forget about me and had lost my order. They must have made the sandwich from memory....it was close but not exactly what I ordered. Sandwich was NOT toasted as requested. The sandwich was dripping in mayo when I had ordered light mayo. Sorry su way for the bad review but you blew it this time!
As of the last few months this location has had excellent bread and always has every variety in-stock when I have ordered. Vast improvement in a short time. My service rating of 2 stars does not reflect on the staff. They are excellent. The 2 star service rating is due to the consistent lack of wheat bread. While whole grain wheat seems to be among the more popular options, I find they are consistently out of it when I try to order. Came here because of the rating. Ordered two subs. They put the wrong cheese on. I didn't get my 2x cheese. Half my toppings were missing. Didn't get my hot honey. Didn't get crunch or pepper. Literally two bits of olives on each sub, two. Hardly any toppings, lightest subs I've ever had from any subway. Bread burnt literally black. Every bin was filled with veggies yet half of what I ordered wasn't there. Lobby entirely empty, one dude working, no other customers. Worst subway I've been to. Thanks for screwing me.
I wanted to give a shoutout to Jordan. She went above and beyond expectations. When I showed up for lunch, they were without internet service which prevented them from utilizing their POS terminals. So until the service provider got it fixed, they were only able to take cash. I was a few dollars short for my order. Jordan pulled cash out of her pocket and helped me pay the rest for my sub.
