Went into subway today and the lady who greeted me was sweet until it came to veggies. She barley gave me any mayo because the bottle was empty. Very disappointed in the service
I came into the store a little before noon on a Saturday and Zach was the only one there. I could tell that he had been hard at work. But still greeted me promptly and warmly. I asked for wheat bread which was still warm. He made a perfect hinge cut. He also had fresh chocolate chip cookies. How could I say no? Zach is an awesome employee. Please go support him. And buy from him. I'm suggesting you buycott him specifically. I know he worked on a Saturday morning. Let's help this good human succeed!
As a business owner myself, i'm very impressed with excellent customer service because it is so lacking and the younger people working have little concept of what it takes to deliver excellent customer service. I asked for extra crispy bacon and Zach provided!! It's been too long since I got crispy bacon while at subway. Looking forward to my next visit.
