since the new wave of employees…this place sucks!!! they’re all clueless
I do a lot of traveling around the state and this is my favorite Subway in Connecticut. Farcana and her staff always greets the customers with a smile and makes a delicious sandwich. I highly recommend this location for all your Sub needs!
My son loves Subway, so we go there often. Their sandwiches are excellent, but don’t tip on the machine — that money doesn’t go to the servers, it goes to the owners. If you want to tip, give cash instead.
As a suggestion, I would redesign the unit in the style of the original retro subway branch.
