I’m not usually a fan of subway so for me to admit that I loved my food is really saying something. What was better than the food was the service, the two ladies behind the counter were so kind and interactive, it’s been a great experience eating here today.
Subject: Complaint About Poor Service Experience Dear Subway Owner/Manager, I had a very bad experience at your store today. When I entered, the lady at the counter (her name was Chrissy) didn’t greet me and instead asked, “Are you the DoorDasher?” She seemed to ask that to every customer entering the store, which felt very unwelcoming. They prepare our lunch for our monthly work meeting. Order is always right and ready on time. Clean shop and very nice.
