I got charged $3 for ice in a cup and the lady was very rude when i was asking if it costed money to get ice. Had short red hair and was very rudeee. Work on costumer service :)
Customer service sucks, try to call and all you get is a busy signal...
Waited fifteen minutes, the guy hadn't made one sandwich yet. Only three people in the store. Won't be back.
Great sandwich Artist and the dinning area was nice and clean.
HORRIBLE experience dealing with these people, never own up to their mistakes nor try to fix them. I had to call 10 times for someone to finally answer the phone, then its just nasty and snobbiness. FOR NO REASON. Ive been hearing that store was going down hill, but i didnt know it was this bad.
