The customer service is terrible. The two guys that's working during the day really don't know how to deal with customers .They don't wash their hands in between cashing people out and making sandwiches. They really need to hire new people and more people.
I want to start this review off by saying I understand what it’s like to work with the public. I was an assistant manager at a very busy fast food restaurant. With that being said I would never treat someone as they treated me today. Placed order online, did not have items in stock, no help canceling order.
Since Annie, the former manager left this Subway has gone downhill. No longer a selection of breads each evening, just one or two. No longer a selection of cookies. Just very disappointing. Please bring Annie back!
