Closing time online and on the door says 9:30 at the Herlong location in rock hill, but for some reason the employees take it upon themselves to close the doors at 9 and turn off online orders. Great customer service!

The customer service is terrible. The two guys that's working during the day really don't know how to deal with customers .They don't wash their hands in between cashing people out and making sandwiches. They really need to hire new people and more people.
I want to start this review off by saying I understand what it’s like to work with the public. I was an assistant manager at a very busy fast food restaurant. With that being said I would never treat someone as they treated me today. I walk in very pleasant and before I could even get close to the counter the manager said “how can we help you “ with a very unpleasant attitude.
