I believe They close at 9:30 I went in there at 9:00 the sign was open . The workers are in side but the door close…trying to ask them when they close but no answer
When I called to tell them my pickup order was wrong the person on the phone seemed like he couldn’t care less. He told me I’d have to come in to have a new one made. This to me seemed r like he was putting the burden on me to correct the mistake. I guess I was hoping they issue me a credit or something for a future order. When I asked what I should do with the incorrect order he hung up on me.
I honestly wish employees that make your food would just listen to what you ask for! I see these people just make a sandwich like they don't care what you want..if they were trained to cater to the customer""like they should be trained"" i would be leaving a great review. I asked for light honey mustard and she just globbed it on! I think if they thought more about it was made for them they would try harder. I had so much mustard it ruined the sandwich.. EXCESSIVE and no attention to detail.. maybe try and train your employe... read more
