I placed a mobile order and requested for my sandwiches to be “extra extra toasted” in the instructions, but it’s extremely cold. The cheese is not even melted I’m doubting if it was even toasted. I called 3 times the first time it rang all the way through and then the line was disconnected.
The experience was meh. The guy working was literally going through the motions and hard to hear due to how low they were speaking. At least the veggies looked ice cold to preserve.
Why say open 24 hours if I come at 3am and it is locked with the worker in there still making food?
Service this afternoon was extremely slow. I was the fourth person in line and waited in line for about 15 minutes. The people preparing the food were slow. The gentleman preparing my food didn't know what he was doing even though I ordered a Turkey avocado wrap with zero changes to it, as is! But he kept asking me what I want in it. What's worse, is the turkey avocado wrap combo, bag of chips and a drink costed more than $17. 100% not worth it.
Overall it was a good experience. Employees were nice
