Manager nasty and rude ! They got my order wrong he offered no resolution
ATM only 2 employees work here. So some days they are not open and some days they closed early at 6:00. However This is my number 1 choice for my lunch/dinner during my work break. The main guy (forgot his name) makes a DAMN GOOD sandwich. No I mean he makes the best subs I've ever had. Not only does he take his time building your sub with love, I can tell he makes it as if He would be eating it. Went in to get a quick sandwich (16Nov/20:30). No employees to be seen. One came inside from outside and said something to another employee in the back room. No one ever came out. Waited about 5 more minutes and then left. As i was pulling out I saw the employee finally come out. Wouldn't be a big deal except this has become typical of this location. Ive had bad experiences coming here more than good ones lately. Its a shame, its the closest subway to my house.
