I just had an awesome experience with their sandwich maker, spent $20 on a foot long and additional items. I sat and began to eat and just politely asked for some napkins. The lady next to the woman who helped me said I missed them at the front. I politely let her know that they were empty and so did another employee coming in for his shift. The staff is very helpful and nice
I wish all subways were like this. The sandwich is so perfect and fresh and the amount is each ingredient is nice. I asked light mayo and she did light mayo! Usually people miss it but not here
