Several times I have been to this location as I have lived nearby for over two years. Before the remodel - 5 stars. Since the remodel, I have had the same experience. This location will only have one person running the counter, even at lunch rush. Line is to the door and they ALWAYS put mobile orders before customers standing in line. This store has been down hill for about a year. It was closed for a bit, then recently reopened, maybe a few months ago now. We went in a few weeks ago and I was hoping for a better experience. I waited to post due fear of the worker there that day getting fired. Unfortunately, this store is no better, if anything it is worse. You can tell the owner of this place is an old grumpy white dude. This place needs new ownership.
I walked into the store at 12:15 in the afternoon. I was the only person in the store so I went right to the counter. The first words from the employees mouth were I only have white and wheat bread because it’s too hot to touch. I was fine with that so I went to order the BMT sandwich. I was immediately told that she didn’t have any ham prepared. I left the store immediately because they were obviously not ready for their lunch rush.
