One worker running the counter peak lunch hours. You will spend most of your lunch time standing there waiting. The owner needs to get the lady at the counter some help!

Several times I have been to this location as I have lived nearby for over two years. Before the remodel - 5 stars. Since the remodel, I have had the same experience. This location will only have one person running the counter, even at lunch rush. Line is to the door and they ALWAYS put mobile orders before customers standing in line. I have waited and am next to order and I am told to wait while they do mobile orders. I always end up walking out before ordering. This store has been down hill for about a year. It was closed for a bit, then recently reopened, maybe a few months ago now. We went in a few weeks ago and I was hoping for a better experience. I waited to post due fear of the worker there that day getting fired. Unfortunately, this store is no better, if anything it is worse.
