They don't put online orders out to grab. If you order online, you literally have to wait through the line to pick up your already made sitting behind the counter sandwich. Wasting everyone's time. I've done this 3 times now. Had to wait through the line just to get my sandwich. Epic fail. Do better or don't offer online ordering.
Paid for a footlong, only received a 6 inch. No one answers phone. Super disappointing.
I walked in to this Subway after a long drive from Irvine and i was greeted by John as soon as i walked in. Great customer service and very patient with my order!
