Horrible customer service. The only reason I got my food was because a worker coming in saw me in the drive thru, told me it wasn’t working & said he would get my order. A older lady handed me my sandwich talking about “next time you need to come in”. I told her they need to put a sign up that the drive thru isn’t working. Eating there all week then they tell me restroom is closed..then have to pay for a refill..they don't appreciate your business
Got home after ordering my subs and they the girl working packed the wrong subs. Did not realize until later as we were having them for supper. Done
I’m writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your establishment. On the day in question, I arrived at your location three minutes before 8:00 PM. The door was open, and the sign clearly said "Open," which led me to believe the business was still receiving customers. Upon entering, I was immediately met with rude behavior from two of your employees.
