disappointment regarding the service I received at your store today. When I arrived to politely pick up my online order, one of the two employees working was extremely rude. She told me, in an unfriendly tone, that I had to wait, and her demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. why do they have a drive thru that looks completely fine but say it “isint working “ and supposedly someone took it down. but even if they did just put a new one back up it’s not that hard, apart from that they’re just lazy then
Horrible customer service. The only reason I got my food was because a worker coming in saw me in the drive thru, told me it wasn’t working & said he would get my order. A older lady handed me my sandwich talking about “next time you need to come in”. I told her they need to put a sign up that the drive thru isn’t working.
