I AM VERY IRRITATED. It’s not about the dollar amount but how I was done. I ordered a chicken cheese dipper with teriyaki sauce an an auntie Ann’s pretzel stick on subway.com. I get there to no pretzel stick and the worker telling me it’s been cancelled. I said well you guys took my money for it so refund me for my pretzel stick. I go to this subway location for time to time and when I do i have never experienced such rude customer service. I asked the lady behind the counter to wash her hands and she told me no. She was on her phone with gloves on and the gloves looked used already. That's a apart of cleanliness and if that's how this establishment is being ran then it NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Just disgusting and this is not the first subway that I've visited that refused to wash their hands.
Wow i ordered one foot long tuna really its tastes delicious place is so good and clean i loved and staff is very great and patience
I can honestly say this is the worst subway I’ve ever been in. Counter was dirty and after ordering my sub I didn’t even want to eat it. grossed out of the whole environment.
