I thought they did a great job
Went there with a coupon. They said they don’t do in store coupons. Ordered a buy one get one free online. Lady said I ordered one and wouldn’t honor it. Went there a month ago. Its not the same
Before the new owners took over in 2024, it was a good place with great service. Now I order 30 min ahead and it’s still not ready when I get there and then today they got my order wrong - I don’t see how because I order same exact thing every time. There was no lettuce and no cheese on the sandwich and it was drowning in mayo - it is not edible. My first bite ended with about 2 tablespoons worth of may dropping out of the side (of just the half I was eating) - this will be my LAST visit to this location. Others in my office... read more
