The staff has never been very nice or helpful. I swear the app is rigged to not take orders when there are BOGO sales. I've walked into this location and asked about it. Their response was if the app won't take orders its too bad, you don't get the promo. When I have done a couple mobile orders they have always started my order when I walk in (yes I wait the time). I gave it several chances but there are just too many better places to eat.
I ordered the chicken ranch wrap. The wrap was flat when I got it. I opened it up and had 7 pieces of spinach, 1 small piece of bacon, tomatoes 2 slices the size of a quarter. I know times are hard but come on. I won't be going back..
I’d like to say first off that I’ve had trouble with this subway in the past but today was so bad I felt like I had to make a review about it. Today I ordered a meatball sub online. I went over to pick it up and when I came in the lady in the store started asking me if I was some other guy and if I had ordered a turkey sub or something, to which I said no.
