I Stopped eating at Subway for quite a while cause of their bad service & bad food, HOWEVER, this subway, the food was fantastic and the service was amazing! The girl (Sarah) working behind the counter was slammed busy, but was positive friendly , upbeat, and I would come back here just because she’s working here ! Please make sure you give her a tip !!
I usually enjoy Subway, but this location really missed the mark. The staff seemed uninterested and rushed through my order without paying attention. My sandwich was sloppily made, and some of the ingredients didn’t seem fresh—especially the lettuce and tomatoes. The store wasn’t very clean either; the tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. Ordered two salads using the app and took them home. Both were skimpy compared to what we usually get from other locations, but one looked more like a side salad! One person actually told the other that she put too many pepperoncini, so she picked them out and counted about five back in. $22 for two half bowls of salad.
Unacceptable attitude and poor service. I asked if there was any lettuce or spinach, and the employee snapped at me like I was a problem for simply asking. Completely unprofessional, zero accountability. Customers should think twice before coming here—this location reflects so poorly on the brand that its like they are Jared 2.0
