Told me he wouldn't help me until he completed a large on line order. Why is there only one employee. This is the second time this has happened. Will never buy subway again!
Told me he wouldn't take my order until he finishes his online orders. He had 3 sandwiches. He said come back after lunch rush. I asked him when it's over and he said 4pm. I clarified he wouldn't be able to make my sandwich until 4pm and said yes. It was 12:20pm. I walked out. I could argue and get a guy who can barely make 3 sandwiches in 4 hours to make my sandwich but they're so lazy. They have one single guy worker here who is good. He's 100%. Skinny tall guy amazing. I put in an online order on 1/5 and gave them a good 40 mins to make it :). I ended up going to the store to pick it up and it wasn’t done at all. The lady said its been busy which I completely understand. I said thats fine I don’t mind waiting. I wait for 15 mins and realized that the employe was taking other peoples order instead of making mine. The young guy was so sweet tho :) He ended up making my sandwich.
