TERRIBLE AND EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am a regular Subway customer. My daughter loves this particular meal, so I order the same or a very similar combination for her frequently. Very disappointed with this Subway location at Stoneridge Mall. I ordered a simple 6-inch Veggie Delite with vegetables and was charged around $13.26. That is extremely overpriced for such a basic sandwich, especially with no meat m. I understand mall locations may charge a little more, but this felt excessive and unreasonable. Definitely check the price before ordering here. I won’t be coming back.
The person who served me was extremely kind and helpful
Very rude and store is dirty. They yelled at me for refilling my drink cup. They’re also wearing flip flops and have their feet out.
As an Uber Eats driver, this was my first time picking up an order here. The female staff member stared at me with what felt like a very unfriendly look. At first, I thought I might have misunderstood, but when I came back a second time, I ended up canceling the delivery because the experience made me so uncomfortable.
