Worst Experience at Subway - Never Going Back! I had the most frustrating and unpleasant experience at Subway recently. The staff was incredibly rude and acted like they couldn’t care less about customer service. When I tried to use my gift card, they bluntly told me it couldn’t be accepted because of some “software error.” Seriously? That’s not my problem, and they made no effort to resolve it. This place is right up at the entrance gate for Stoneridge mall, the breads were nice and warm and so were the overall ingredients. I am not sure why they had a no drink refill warning in the store whereas I have not seen it elsewhere. They have ample seating space indoors and outdoor as well.
