I had just ordered a veggie delight and they asked my for veggies and I said everything except spinach and they both start gossiping and laughing, continuously repeating same word spinach ,They are really unprofessional and unethical .Both girls needs to learn customer service if they are working at this workplace .Please provide them some training again.Worst experience with these people.
Worst experience. Visited there 5-6 times the only thing I got is sorry The machines are under maintenance we can't take your order right now. Staff doesn't want to make orders.
Very disappointing customer service. I came in around 4:30 in the morning with my brother to order a sandwich. The girl working there was extremely rude. She brought the sauce cart without even asking which sauces we wanted, just placed it in front of us. She didn’t ask about our choice of veggies either. Overall, she didn’t communicate with us at all. I really don’t understand how someone can do their job with such an attitude.
