All the staff members are very nice and the service they provide is appreciated specially when I go there the girl her name is sandeep she make my sub as I want and she is very polite and she knows how to deal with the customers even when it is busy.
The staff from the last few months have really ruined subway for me. They don’t know. Today I really had to draw the line when the girl started adding toppings to my sandwiches without asking me what I wanted. I had to get her to remove them and redo the sandwiches. I wanted two sandwiches with the toppings from the menu. I said to add the toppings as they are on the menu but she started adding all the toppings. I’m so disappointed in the treatment I received at this subway location. I went in there today to purchase 15 5 dollar gift cards for my daughter birthday celebration to offer her friends and I was shocked when I was asked to provide ID for my purchase. I’m not purchasing a car or at a bar having a drink. I’m purchasing gift cards for children. I’m also using my phone to pay which I would have to open with facial recognition to access the payment. Worst experience! Ordered online for pickup and the staff said that order did not arrive. I said I will come after some time and left. Immediately after leaving I got call that the order is ready. When I went back to pick order, the staff did not pay attention that the customer is waiting. And the sub served to me was soggy. Never visiting this location again.
