Ayden is a lovely man! So warm and personable. He was very kind to us today, and our sandwiches were superb! 10/10, we will definitely be back regularly. Ps. Subway, bring back the spicy relish! Come on!
It is the only one around. English is not the staff's first language. If you don't want it toasted good luck. Everything gets toasted, kinda messes with the softness of the bread.
There are so many subways around here, go to literally any other one but this one. Most of the employees are kind and even personable, but one of them is rude and crass. She had the audacity to try and say a coupon I had wouldn't work and then used her "employee discount" the recit would later prove to just be the original coupon. Requested double meat BMT salad. Had to tell the guy 3 times what I wanted. As he put in lettuce and spinach I requested a little mustard and mayonnaise, which he added. I said that would be fine.He then added my other toppings and then meat. I asked for oil & vinegar and he then added more mustard and mayonnaise. So much so that it looked like frosting on a cake. I’ve always liked this place, but my recent experience was disappointing. I asked the sandwich artist for more mayo, and instead of just doing it, he told me, “It’s gonna be so messy.” That’s not his decision to make—it’s my sandwich, not his. If I’m paying for it, my preferences should be respected without attitude.
