I visited this subway location my experience was horrible with the staff. People working over here are so rude they don’t know how to provide customer service. I think this location should be closed or subway should change the staff. But this time I found staff to be uneducated and don’t even know how to communicate with staff
we ordered 2 big veggie sandwiches 6 inchs on 30 march 2025 , morning around 7:30 AM there were clear instructions to toast and grill but it came just frozen patty bun everything is frozen.. they fully ignored instructions and i have to put food in garbage as it was not eatable.. please take strict action . i saw many bad reviews about staff .
Ordered online with friend. I reached early. My subway was preparing by worker and one lady from behind who just arrived shouted that she waited long and workers are only preparing online orders. While we were in store way longer than her. Worker literally ignored our subway and asked us to wait far even before we told we need to tell her to double toast with onion and other things. Poor service, they don’t know how to treat customer poor n cheap people working in the store. They can’t even talk in English properly. They should go back home n learned some tbh . And funny part is they working in cash jobs thats so illegal
