Absolutely unacceptable and humiliating experience. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I attempted to order a simple sandwich and was refused service for calmly explaining how I wanted it prepared. The employee was rude, impatient, and openly hostile from the start. With only mayo on the sandwich, he threw it away, told me to “go somewhere else,” and physically removed me from the establishment. The server when you order your food has a nasty attitude. Genuinely she will scream and yell at you if you don’t understand something because of her accent but how am I supposed to? Don’t even bother going to this place it’s a 1/7
I am writing to give my opinion regarding the woman who works at that place. She is extremely unpleasant, she mistreats customers, and she is very, very bad at customer service. Please consider whether you should keep her as an employee at that location, or at least not have her working in a customer-facing role.
Horrible. Chinese lady was extremely unprofessional. After choosing the bread she took me to the register to pay before putting together the sandwich!! Lmao. Then, I stopped her to tell her that I actually wanted another sandwich made and ask why she was rushing me. Omg! The second sandwich was a bacon chicken sandwich #20 on the menu. She kept asking me what to put on the sandwich after I consistently kept telling her to make it the way it's on the menu. Isn't that the job to know how to make the sandwiches?! Lol. I haven’t been to a Subways in a few years but had a great experience. Mo was so nice and friendly. He helped me with all the different options of what I could get. I will for sure visit again soon.
