Worst experience ever on this subway i ordered on app with the offer buy 2 ft get 1 free, but they cancelled my order i ordered again they cancelled it again i called the location was told that we don’t accept order from the app with this offer.

Very disappointing experience at the Subway location on 495 Main St S, Brampton. I placed an online order, but it was cancelled without a proper explanation. The lady working at the store refused to make the order and kept giving excuses instead of helping. I wasted my time going there, only to find out my order would not be prepared. Poor customer service and an unprofessional way to treat customers. I hope management looks into this and improves the service at this location.

I’ve ordered 3 footlongs here and the lady working here literally cancelled the order twice. Genuinely If they don’t want to work and choose to do nothing why don’t they close the store or hire the people who really wants to work.
