Hi, I had a pretty disappointing experience with my recent order. The staff member who answered the phone came across as quite rude, and my drink was incorrect—I received Dr Pepper instead of Pepsi. On top of that, the Subway portion felt underfilled and the cookie was burnt. I’d really appreciate better attention to quality and customer service going forward.
Worst customer service, the lady working is unprofessional and rude. She is extremely unhappy with her job and very ungrateful and disrepectful towards customers. She keeps saying that washrooms are closed, even for customers, uber drivers and every guest.
I love subway a lot but there is this girl she has this bun and black hair 2 piercings . She was so deaf and had so much attitude in her she was so mean . Like when I was ordering I told her loud and clear to give me pickles and puts so many onions does not give me a refund and takes them out . I am so disappointed in this subway NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!
Very bad service. Staff is not welcoming at all. Moreover if you order from app the inventory is not updated and required vegetables will be missing . And if you would ask for extra sauce they will not provide unlike other stores of subway.
