Bread never stays fresh goes stale by lunch if ordered in the morning
There’s a lady in store called Amon or something like that. She has no customers service skills and get angry when asked to put more than a few toppings in the Sub. She’s very unpleasant to deal with. I never want her to serve me because she’s very rude. The store needs to hire better employees.

Very disappointed I ordered online with notes, unfortunately to no surprise none of them were followed even after I had called and double checked that they would follow through with my notes(to which the employee replied “yes I’ll make sure to do that). However, when I called to rectify the situation the lady on the phone responded with “she’s in training” and offered no solutions to the situation l….why have someone in training answering phones if they can’t follow basic instructions
