I went to Subway and Harneet gave excellent service. Very friendly, helpful, and made my order perfectly. Really appreciated the good customer service.

The girl who was serving at subway made delicious sub she knows good customer service. but at the same time people who are ordering needs to have positive attitude felt bad for the girl who was serving .
Food was decent but the lady’s behaviour was sooo rude. God knows how she is in customer service. No smile no thank you or a greeting. It was as if she was forced to serve. My kid had to use the washroom, he was there with my husband.. she knew but she had kept it locked. I had to ask her twice to open it! I have never seen something like this.
My parents went in to the store earlier in the afternoon. I can’t believe they had to deal with the horrible service you guys provided to them. They were simply trying to figure out how to use the in app promos, which was asked very kindly. The employee at the time told them that she will only make the sandwich if the payment was done, in an extremely rude tone and apparently “stormed” off. We will not be visiting this store again, learn how to have a positive attitude and teach better customer service. Do better.
