Visited the store yesterday around 7:30 PM. Overall, everything was good and the service was pleasant. However, I noticed that the team member at the counter was working entirely alone, trying to juggle both in-store customers and online orders simultaneously. While she handled the rush well, management should consider scheduling additional staff during peak hours to support employees and maintain an efficient experience for everyone.
Super slow service… waited almost half an hour to give my order… and there was huge line up behind me… and it was only one girl working… Owner should do better… hire more people…
