We visited this store today in Star, ID. My son has dietary restrictions due to a medical condition and Ashton provided such amazing customer service!! He turned our challenging situation into an enjoyable experience!! Top notch customer service and the food was excellent!!
It was busy during lunch time, however, it was 20 minutes longer to pickup my online order than listed and one of the sandwiches didn't have the requested toppings and condiments.
I tried to handle this with the location, but he said he’d leave a message for the manager then hung up on me. The cookie tasted like chemicals. I’m concerned I may have consumed something dangerous.
This Subway is horrible with online orders. They do not follow the instructions (extra toasted) or ingredient requests (ie extra or less). Why have that if I can't get it completed? I have tried 3 times in 6 months but every time is a freaking roll of the dice if I get my order correct. Last time the bread was wrong and nothing was followed. This time, it was like they made the order blindfolded after reading it once. I don't check the sandwich in store, I am taking it home to eat. I am done with ordering from this location.... read more
Always leaving out ingredients if you like online orders this isn't the location to do it they always leave 2 or 3 things off sandwich this is my third time ordering and they forgot smashed avocado and my double cheese every time:/ but the kid is friendly who picks up the phone but are un aware of how to fix the situation
