I have had repeated bad experiences at this Subway location in Bramalea City Centre. Many times they don’t have menu items available, but still list them on the app. When I arrive, staff tell me to order something else instead of informing me ahead of time. Last week my order was cancelled completely because the sub I wanted wasn’t available. Hello everyone I’ve been eating Subway for over 20 years, and this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. The chicken was cut into such tiny pieces that it barely felt like meat at all—I’ve never seen chicken served like this at any Subway before. On top of that, they charged me extra for cheese, which has never been an issue at other locations. Overall, I felt the quality was extremely cheap compared to what I’ve come to expect from Subway. I would not recommend visiting this location.
the girls working here not only make the sandwiches with love but they are extremely kind to their customers and to each other, love to see it
