Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. I was charged twice for the same order – once by debit ($10.72) which came out of my bank instantly, and then again in cash because the worker kept denying the payment went through. She told me the money would be back in 3 days, but it never returned. When I went back to address it, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience at this Subway. The lady working there was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. Instead of treating customers with basic courtesy and respect, she acted as though serving us was an inconvenience. It really put a damper on the visit. Customer service should be a priority, but sadly that was not the case here.
Great service by Dilpreet Kaur! She was very polite, friendly, and communicated clearly while preparing my order. Excellent customer service
