Worst experience ever… THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT, not helpful at all… I placed an order on feb5 that was supposed to be delivered by a third party delivery person via DoorDash.. unfortunately the driver cancelled my order but I was still charged… i contacted the store and DoorDash both for the refund and found out that DoorDash has already issued a refund for my order and they don’t have my account OPM so they refunded the store and now the store is supposed to issue a refund but the owner doesn’t want to issue a r... read more
They’re really miserly with vegetables and meat. When told to put more stuffings, they charged us extra! Felt like I paid just for the bread (which was not fresh either!)
No wonder the store was empty and does not have a higher rating. Charged for extra meat when asked to put more chicken as they had added very less amount initially. I paid 30$+ for nothing.
I had a really upsetting experience at this Subway. Yesterday I was able to enter with my dog with no problem, but today I was treated very poorly by a different employee. I was told to stay outside, spoken to in a rude and unprofessional way, and made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This inconsistency and lack of empathy really disappointed me. I won’t be coming back
My wife got me a sub from this location and the quality of veggies I got in my sandwich was not worthy of what I pay for. Plus owner of this location is very rude and arrogant.
